RYTUAL RECOVERY LLC

Terms & Conditions of Purchase and Use

Effective Date: 1/1/2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases of passes, memberships, services, and products from Rytual (“Rytual,” “we,” “us”) made on or after the Effective Date above. By purchasing a pass or membership, booking a session, or using our facilities, you (“you,” the “purchaser,” “member,” or “pass holder”) agree to these Terms.

1. Purchases, Refunds & Credits

All sales of passes and memberships are final. Passes and memberships are non-refundable under any circumstances, including unused, partially used, or expired passes and memberships.

Although refunds are not available, an unexpired pass or membership may be exchanged, at the purchaser’s request and subject to Rytual’s approval, for a credit of equal value toward Rytual services or products. Credits have no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash, and are subject to these Terms.

2. Transfers

Passes may be transferred to another person — whether or not that person is a Rytual member — provided the transfer is confirmed by the original purchaser with Rytual before the pass is used by the recipient. Rytual will not honor a transferred pass without the purchaser’s confirmation.

A transferred pass remains subject to these Terms in full, including the original expiration date. The recipient of a transferred pass must complete any health screening or waiver Rytual requires before use. Transfers do not extend, reset, or otherwise modify a pass’s expiration date.

3. Expiration & Timely Use

All passes expire sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. Expired passes have no value and will not be honored, refunded, extended, or converted to credit.

Members and pass holders are solely responsible for using their passes in a timely manner within Rytual’s posted business hours and subject to session availability. Rytual’s hours and availability may change; it is your responsibility to schedule and attend sessions before your pass expires. Inability to use a pass due to scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or limited availability does not entitle you to a refund, extension, or credit beyond what is described in Section 1.

4. Health Information & Warnings

Rytual provides contrast therapy services, including exposure to high heat (sauna) and cold water immersion (cold plunge). These activities place significant stress on the body and are not appropriate for everyone. Contrast therapy may pose serious health risks — including fainting, dehydration, burns, hypothermia, cardiac events, and other injury — particularly for individuals with certain conditions.

You should consult a physician before using our services, and must not use them without medical clearance if any of the following apply to you:

  • Heart disease, irregular heartbeat, or other cardiovascular conditions

  • High or low blood pressure

  • Pregnancy, or if you are trying to become pregnant

  • Respiratory conditions such as asthma or COPD

  • Diabetes, epilepsy, or other conditions affected by temperature extremes

  • Circulatory disorders, including Raynaud’s syndrome

  • Recent surgery, injury, or illness

  • Medications that impair heat tolerance, cold tolerance, sweating, or circulation

  • Use of alcohol or drugs prior to your session

Stop your session immediately and notify staff if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, nauseated, short of breath, or otherwise unwell. Hydrate before, during, and after every session. Follow all posted rules, time limits, and staff instructions at all times.

5. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

You are solely responsible for determining, in consultation with your physician, whether Rytual’s services are safe for you. By purchasing and using a pass or membership, you represent that you are physically able to participate and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with contrast therapy and use of our facilities.

Rytual is not liable for, and will not refund, credit, or extend, any purchase that cannot be used due to medical issues, health concerns, or scheduling conflicts, whether arising before or after purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rytual, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from your use of our services or facilities, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Scheduling, Hours & Availability

All sessions are subject to Rytual’s posted business hours and real-time availability. Rytual may modify its hours, schedule, and service offerings at any time. Sessions may require advance booking, and booked sessions are subject to Rytual’s cancellation and no-show policies as posted. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be deducted from your pass at Rytual’s discretion.

7. General

Rytual may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in effect on the date of your purchase govern that purchase. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Questions about these Terms, exchanges for credit, or pass transfers may be directed to Rytual staff or submitted in writing.

By completing a purchase with Rytual, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
