Traditional sauna. 204F Guided breathwork begins. Aromatherapy.

Cold

Cold plunge. Controlled breathing. Sound immersion. A deliberate reset. Incense.

Repeat

Cycle as you need. Leave sharper than you arrived.

located in the heart of Salt Lake CIty, Utah, Rytual is quickly becoming known for its attention to detail, immersive soundscapes, guided breathwork, and small intimate group settings.
